After our previous supplier of spice mixtures went out of business, I came across the company Gewürze Büchel in my search for an adequate replacement. I recently ordered online here for the first time and I have to say I am very satisfied. The selection of spices, spice mixtures, teas, etc. is very large. The delivery was flawless. The price-performance ratio is great. The package was lovingly and safely packaged. The products are nicely labeled and look good. I have no complaints and am happy to have found a new company from which I can regularly purchase my spice mixtures. Keep it up! Thank you!
Tea was increased in price from October to November by 15%. That really annoyed us! Then I weighed the 5 tea packages > none of the bags (including packaging) reached the specified filling weight!! I then wrote to the Büchel company...unfortunately no response so far. ..A pity!!
I ordered online and I like the selection and the fair price-performance ratio.
My first order was delivered quickly and the different types of tea are great.
A small problem with the packaging, which was not stable enough, was dealt with extremely courteously with a replacement delivery. Compliments for the good service.
The herbs arrived completely MOLDY. The delivery also took a long time because they forgot to send it. When I finally received the moldy goods, I canceled the order and demanded the money back. However, the operator ignored my cancellation and sent me a new delivery. This time you don't see any mold, but I don't dare to use the herbs because I suspect that this company has mold spores in all the products.
